At Shelby Fabric, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our fabrics both domestically within Vietnam and internationally to selected countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping availability.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

  • Standard shipping: Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees (Domestic)

  • Standard shipping fees are calculated based on weight and location. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders above 1,250,000 VND may qualify for free shipping within Vietnam (specific terms may apply).

4. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for select regions. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • EU: 7-10 business days
  • US: 10-14 business days

Shipping Fees (International)

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method chosen. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations and will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the provided link to monitor its progress.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

If you experience significant delays, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or after multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for covering the re-shipment fees. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for re-shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the products, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • For lost shipments, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
