1. Returns Accepted

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels attached.

2. Free Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@shelbyfabric.com and we will provide a return shipping label.

3. No Restocking Fee

• We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

4. Final Sale Items

• Items from the following 6 collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  2. 55 Series
  3. 75 Series
  4. 78 Series
  5. 28 Series
  6. 29 Series

5. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

6. Non-returnable Items

• Customized or bespoke orders, as well as fabric that has been cut, altered, or used, cannot be returned.
